La Tyrosine est un acide aminé nécessaire à la formation de neurotransmetteurs comme la dopamine, l’adrénaline et la noradrénaline.Cet ingrédient est largement utilisé pour faciliter l’état d’éveil sans administrer de stimulant tel que la caféine et pourrait s’avérer très utile pour lutter contre le stress et la dépression.Il a été démontré que la supplémentation en tyrosine augmenterait les performances cognitives en période de stress et permettrait d’énergiser les gens souffrant de dépression.
Malgré son effet théoriquement stimulant, la prise de tyrosine est très sécuritaire et plusieurs études ont utilisées des doses dépassant largement les 5000mg par jour.
