Who is it for?

How to use

Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium citrate, brown rice powder, L-leucine, gelatin.
Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 capsule per day. Take once a day at bedtime after dark, during travel and at destination until adaptation to the new cycle is established. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Warnings: Avoid taking with alcoholic beverages or other medications or natural health products with sedative properties. If you are taking any of the following medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, immunosuppressants, blood pressure medications, sedatives/hypnotics/psychotropics, or steroids. If you have any of the following conditions, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: asthma, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, immune system disorder, migraines, hormonal disorder, bleeding disorder, or seizure disorders. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Contraindications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
Known adverse reactions: Allergic reactions may occur in rare cases; in which case, discontinue use. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, cramps) may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place.
