Suggested Use

Adults:

Mix 7 grams (about two teaspoons) well in 1-2 cups of water immediately before consumption daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Precautions

If you have cardiovascular disease, consult your healthcare professional for use beyond 6 weeks.

Make sure you drink enough fluids before, during and after exercise.
