Suggested Use

Adults:

Take 1 capsule daily before meals or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

For muscle tissue repair, take 2-4 hours before exercise.

Precautions

Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have liver or kidney disease, a seizure disorder, or if you are required to follow a low-protein diet.

A feeling of insomnia or overexcitement may occur.

Discontinue use if these sensations persist or worsen.
