RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take 1 scoop up to 3 times daily (do not exceed one scoop per single dose). Mix product well in 1 to 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Consume 45 to 90 minutes before exercise. Consume 30 to 60 g of carbohydrate per hour of high-intensity exercise.
