Warning 2.0 is the concentrated stimulant pre-workout formula from Canadian brand XPN. It combines beta-alanine, citrulline, arginine, tyrosine, creatine and agmatine with 200 mg of caffeine per serving, for your most intense sessions.

Who is it for?

How to use

Recommended dose: Adults. (oral): 1 serving (12 g), once a day. Take up to one hour before, or during periods of physical stress. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately prior to consumption. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks. For occasional use only.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, if you are taking blood pressure medication (antihypertensives or hypotensives), thyroid medication, sympathomimetics or monoamine oxidase inhibitors, cold medications containing a decongestant (phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing ephedra or ephedrine, or any other medication that increases blood pressure. Consult a health care practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens.
Avoid taking this product with health products or food that contain caffeine and/or that increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea).
Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause flushing (hot flashes), prickling and/or tingling. If so, reduce the dose. This product is not intended to replace sleep. Creatine may lead to weight gain.
