How to use

Recommended use or purpose: Helps support gastrointestinal health. Could promote a healthy gut flora.
Recommended dose: 1 capsule, once a day. If you are taking antibiotics, take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after them.
Warnings: If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), or if you are allergic to dairy products, do not use this product. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
