Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an iron deficiency, if you have a gastroduodenal ulcer, excess stomach acid, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, if you have a liver disorder or if symptoms of liver trouble develop (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Make sure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, may occur in rare cases. If so, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
