Who is it for?
For adults who want to support their digestion at mealtimes. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a gastric or duodenal ulcer or acute stomach inflammation, or are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes.
How to use

Recommended use or purpose: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 capsule three times a day. Take with or immediately before a meal or food.
Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if you are breastfeeding, if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have diabetes, if you have pancreatitis, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency or cystic fibrosis, if you are taking anticoagulants, anti-inflammatories or other products containing enzymes, or prior to surgery.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant, if you have acute stomach irritation or inflammation, or a gastric or duodenal ulcer, or if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal/epigastric pain and heartburn may occur. In which case, discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). Some people may experience headaches Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
