Who is it for?
For adults who want to support their liver and digestion. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to the Asteraceae family, or if you have heart disease, blood pressure, kidney or liver disorders, diabetes or edema.
How to use

Recommended use or purpose: Used in herbal medicine to help support liver function. Dandelion is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help increase bile flow and to help relieve digestive disturbances (dyspepsia). Milk thistle is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a liver protectant. Burdock and dandelion are traditionally used in herbal medicine as diuretics. Burdock is traditionally used in herbal medicine to induce sweating and as an alterative to help eliminate toxins through the kidneys, skin and mucous membranes. Source of antioxidants. Provides antioxidants that help reduce oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
Duration of use: Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Digestive disturbances: If symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Diuretic: For occasional use only.
Recommended dose: Adults: 1 capsule, 3 times a day. Take with food.
Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you have liver or gallbladder disease and/or an intestinal obstruction, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have kidney stones, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately if you feel dizzy or confused, experience muscle weakness or pain, have an abnormal heart rhythm and/or difficulty breathing. Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity or allergy may occur. If so, discontinue use.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. If you are taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics, do not use this product. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of the hands, face or feet), or if you are taking products containing diuretics, do not use this product.
