Medicinal ingredients (per capsule):

• Lepidium meyenii (ratio 4:1): 150 mg

Equivalent to 0.6 g of Maca root

• Calcium D-glucarate (calcium saccharate): 150 mg
• Centella asiatica (ratio 30:1): 125 mg

Equivalent to 3750 mg of Gotu kola whole plant

• 3,3'-Diindolylmethane (DIM): 80 mg
• Resveratrol: 60 mg
• Grape seed extract (ratio 5:1): 30 mg

Equivalent to 150 mg of Vitis vinifera seeds (85% oligomeric proanthocyanidins)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, L-leucine, Oryza sativa (rice) powder, magnesium stearate.

Recommended use or purpose: Helps promote a healthy estrogen balance. Helps reduce the severity and duration of symptoms associated with recurrent breast pain (cyclic mastalgia). Source of antioxidants. Provides antioxidants that help reduce oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Recommended dose: Adults: 1 capsule, once a day.

Duration of use: For use beyond 3 months, consult a health care practitioner.

Contraindication: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Cautions and warnings: If you are taking medications or natural health products, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are trying to conceive, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have a liver disorder or symptoms associated with low estrogen levels (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruation), consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you develop symptoms associated with the liver (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms associated with low estrogen levels, consult a health care practitioner. To rule out a serious underlying cause of hormonal imbalance, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner, as Resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. If you have high blood pressure, or are taking anticoagulants, or are taking antidepressants, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience persistent gastrointestinal upset and/or nausea. Discontinue use if you experience joint pain or hot flashes. Use in combination with alcoholic beverages or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended. Mood, weight gain, appetite and even overall health are greatly affected by estrogen. Unfortunately, many people still believe we should eliminate estrogen; instead, it should be helped to be better metabolized and balanced with the other hormones (such as progesterone).
