DOSAGE adults:
For stress management and to support adrenal function, take 1 to 2 capsules, 2 times daily .

PRECAUTIONS:

If you are breastfeeding, have a cardiovascular disorder, are taking heart or blood pressure medications, an antidepressant, are taking hormone replacement therapy, are taking oral contraceptives, carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity including L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's Wort, antidepressants, pain medications, over-the-counter cough and cold medications containing dextromethorphan, and medications for nausea and migraine, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein diet. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience weakness, mouth ulcers or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you notice any skin changes. Consumption in combination with alcoholic beverages, or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use if you are pregnant or have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder or scleroderma.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS:

If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or a motor vehicle, or participating in any activity requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience vomiting or abdominal pain. Dry mouth, rash, drowsiness, nausea, and diarrhea may occur.
