Active Flavor - Rice Cream

Active Flavor Rice Cream is often used by many athletes for its intake of fast and easily digestible carbohydrates. This rice cream is made from 100% finely ground rice to obtain a fine gluten-free flour. Stevia and natural flavors give a little sweet taste that is much appreciated.

Directions : In a shaker, put 200 ml of hot water with 1 measure (45gr) of Active Flavor rice cream, stir well for a few seconds and pour into a microwave-safe bowl for about 50 seconds. Repeat until desired texture. It can also be consumed as a liquid drink and in your favorite recipes.
