Suggested Use

Adults:

Add approximately 1 teaspoon (8 g) to juice, mix vigorously and consume immediately 1 time daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Make sure you stay well hydrated.

Precautions

If you experience gastrointestinal irritation including constipation, diarrhea and bloating, discontinue use.

Allergy has been observed, in this case, discontinue use.

Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, hemorrhoids, if you are trying to conceive, if you are following a low-protein diet, or if you are taking blood thinners or blood pressure medications.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking immunosuppressants, awaiting an organ or bone marrow transplant, or at risk of organ rejection.

Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asterceae/Compositae/Daisy family, if you are taking medications that inhibit peristaltic movements, if you have an intestinal blockage or if you have difficulty swallowing.
