Suggested Use

Adults:

Take 4 capsules daily, 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Take before meals.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Precautions

Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or digoxin, if you are diabetic, have liver or kidney disease, a seizure disorder, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), iron deficiency or are taking antidepressants.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

May cause stomach upset, nausea, constipation or drowsiness.

Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches, in which case discontinue use.
