Suggested Use

Adults:

Take 3 capsules daily, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Precautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have liver or kidney disease, or if you are prescribed a low-protein diet.

A feeling of insomnia or overexcitement may occur.

Discontinue use if this sensation persists or worsens.

Mild gastrointestinal discomfort (transient nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhea) has been reported.

Rare cases of epilepsy have been observed with oral doses in individuals with or without a history of seizure disorders.

Do not use if you have a primary or secondary systemic L-carnitine deficiency (inborn errors of metabolism) for which supplementation has been prescribed/is being monitored by a health care practitioner.
