Recommended use or purpose: Source of essential amino acids (histidines, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, valine) for the maintenance of good health (and playing a role in muscle protein synthesis).

Source of non-essential amino acids (alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, tyrosine) playing a role in protein synthesis.

Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 scoop (15g) daily.

Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 5 months to see beneficial effects.
