Recommended dosage

Adults and adolescents (13 years and older): 1 scoop, 2 times a day. Effect seen 12-24 hours after the first dose, but may take up to 2-3 days. For each dose, drink (or mix with) at least 150 ml of fluids. Consume 2 hours before or after any other medication.

Warnings

Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or if the laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Consult a doctor immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after consuming this product. Consult a doctor before consuming if you have experienced a sudden change in bowel habits that has lasted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or if you have not been able to defecate after consuming this product.
uses a laxative product. Consult a doctor before consuming if you are taking medication that inhibits peristaltic movements (opioids, loperamide). Consult a doctor before consuming if you have diabetes. Consult a doctor before consuming if you have difficulty swallowing. Consult a doctor before consuming if you observe symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (these may be signs of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract).
