Cool Down by the Quebec brand ATP Lab is a capsule formula combining L-theanine, Relora® (magnolia and phellodendron), KSM-66® ashwagandha, holy basil, lemon balm and 5-HTP, with B vitamins in active forms (P5P, methylfolate and methylcobalamin). It helps temporarily promote relaxation, taken once a day with a meal.
