Recommended use or purpose: Source of antioxidants that help fight the effects of oxidation caused by free radicals. Provides antioxidants that help protect cells against the oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Helps support healthy estrogen metabolism and promotes a healthy estrogen balance. Helps reduce the intensity and duration of symptoms associated with chronic breast pain (cyclic mastalgia). Helps in the maintenance of good health. Helps in connective tissue formation. Helps maintain healthy skin. Helps maintain immune function. Helps maintain the body's ability to properly metabolize nutrients.
Recommended dose: Adult: take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day. Take with food to minimize gastric upset. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a physician prior to use if you are already taking medication or any other natural health product; if you are trying to conceive; if you have a liver disorder; if you notice symptoms of low estrogen (joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruation). Stop use immediately and consult a physician if you notice symptoms related to a liver disorder (yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice); symptoms related to low estrogen.
