Estrogen is the female hormone, right? Not really.

While it is mainly present in women, this hormone or more precisely these hormones increase significantly in men.

Weight gain, mood swings, infertility, erectile dysfunction, obesity, gynecomastia are all symptoms seen when a man's hormones are overly affected by the aromatase enzyme which is responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen. The same result can also be provided by intoxication with substances called "xenoestrogens".

The whole phenomenon may have its share of contradictions in the scientific literature and the medical community, but it still represents an important and concerning issue.

Contraindications: Do not consume this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Recommendation:
